MY TESTIMONY SENT REAL ESTATE CROOKS TO JAIL
Around 20 years ago, as the chief appraiser at my real estate appraisal company, my federal court testimony sent members of a real estate fraud ring to prison for misrepresenting the value of properties. A Louisville, KY bank had been defrauded by a crime ring involving everyone from the appraiser to the mortgage company in establishing the market value along the loan approval chain.
This was a criminal trial. They all went to jail.
Trump’s New York real estate trial fraud case where he and his children have been convicted of multiple felonies is merely civil, protecting them from doing jail time. But his Fulton County, GA state trial is a criminal case. His 1/6 trial is a criminal case.
With the Fulton County phone conversation, 1/6 TV broadcast, Senate special committee investigation results, and multi-associate testimonies, there is no doubt that he is guilty. He’s playing our court system as he’s done since the ’70s to delay accountability.
USA COURT INTEGRITY GREATLY LESSENED
His delays and nursed-along media presence are wasting so much government money and national attention. If he can get away with it … why can’t I? Respect for what the US judicial system represents has been greatly diluted and there’s no turning back from that unless he does what others like him have done and are doing … GO TO JAIL.
